Refund and Return Policy:

We want you to love your handmade items! If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

 Returns:

You can return unused and undamaged items within 15 days of receiving them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jokotaide.fi with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customised or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
